About the Role
As an Accountant you will be responsible for several key Accounting work streams and deliverables with a key focus on month end process, accounting journals, bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations. You will work closely with the rest of the Accounting team, the FP&A team, the CFO and the wider business.

- Compensation Range: $71,846 - $80,000
Compensation ranges are determined by role and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the pay range for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze and reconcile all general ledger accounts, prepare journal entries and supporting documentation.
- Monitoring bank balances and ensuring accurate and timely record keeping for all bank transactions.
- Month end process across the Group including balance sheet and bank reconciliations.
- Support travel and staff expenses accounting processes.
- Management of fixed assets, intangible assets, prepayment and lease schedules.
- Assisting with the preparation of financial reports where required.
- Provide assistance and support to billing, payables and payroll team members as needed.
- Provide assistance and support for sales tax analysis and reporting for multiple states and countries.
- Assist with financial and tax audits.
- Document and monitor internal controls.
- Work on complex accounting projects and initiatives with other members of the accounting and finance teams or with other departments.
- Maintain the general ledger, assist with audit preparations and perform other accounting duties as assigned.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years accounting experience.
- Intermediate experience with enterprise accounting systems like NetSuite.
- Advanced skills in spreadsheets and G-Suite applications.
- Tech savvy and experienced in multiple accounting and financial apps and systems.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Impeccable analytical and organizational skills.
- Self-motivated and self-directed.
- Ability to meet a constant stream of deadlines.
- Ability to work closely with other accounting & FP&A team members and cost center leaders.
