We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and ensuring financial compliance. Responsibilities:

  • Record and maintain financial transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
  • Reconcile financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
  • Prepare financial reports, statements, and forecasts on a regular basis.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
  • Assist with budget preparation and financial planning.
  • Manage and process payroll and associated tax filings.
  • Collaborate with other departments to gather financial data and provide support as needed.
  • Contribute to process improvements and the implementation of financial best practices.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • CPA certification is preferred.
  • Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar financial role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and tax codes.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
