Your role as the accountant will be to support the development of increasingly demanding and standard Financial & Accounting management functions for Fictiv’s international business.  In this position, you will participate in cross-departments process setting up, have an Excellent English working environment, enjoy the achievement of rapid sustainable development.

Our ideal candidate will be a positive, self-motivated, empathic and responsive team player, with experience in multi-module Financial & Accounting expenses.

You will report to Site Finance controller.

What You’ll Be Doing

• MP Reconciliation: Check and reconcile the RMB AP with China suppliers by monthly. Monitor DO validation, and follow up the late DO DONE in Odoo.
• Purchasing invoice management: Based on the export tax rebate requirement, to ensure the specific content of purchasing invoicing is consistent with export shipment export record, and maintain the mapping relationship between purchase invoice and export records in Finance DC.
• Administrative cost and routine expenses management: Payment application review & payment, online purchase account management.
• Shipping cost entries: Work closely with the logistics department to detail all freight accounting entries to Delivery Order, including express shipping, freight forwarding, domestic pick-up fees, import cost, etc.  And provide support for automation solutions.
• First sales: Support on the financial documents required by the importing country for the shipment of DDP, which including Factory invoices, TWV, internal PO, etc.
• Invoicing：Handle monthly invoicing for Overseas sales. Ensure invoice format and content comply with relevant management requirements.
• Export tax Rebate: Work closely with team members to manage the necessary documents for export tax refund.
•  Employee expenses reimbursement: Review the reimbursement reports and supporting documents to ensure compliance with related policy and accounting requirements.
•  Document management: Filing and binding company business documents and accounting vouchers;
• Assist in any special assignments/projects as required by line manager;

Desired Traits

• Full-time Bachelor’s degree in Accounting / Finance management, or a senior student;
• Good knowledge of Cost, taxes;
• Familiar with the basic knowledge of tax refund for foreign trade companies;
• Skilled in computer usage, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Familiar with fiscal and taxation system, accounting standards, financial regulations；
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, empathetic;
• Good English reading and writing skills, can communicate with English e-mails and fluent oral English will be better.
• Eager to learn and develop, detail-oriented, team player;
• Highly self-motivated, able to complete work in a timely manner without active supervision;
