We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented
Account Support (Sales Operations) Intern to join our growing
Cross-Border Recruitment Service Business (visit
https://talenthub.glints.com/ for more!). In this role, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales and support teams by handling the preparation and modification of sales contracts and legal documents.
You will report directly to our Head of Sales in Singapore.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Work closely with and assist Account Managers in Singapore and/or Batam in answering questions and creating documents relating to employment, payroll calculation, and legal matters for clients
- Assist Account Managers in data checking, collection, and input relating to Hubbers' data & requests relating to Hubbers (talents)
- Assist Account Managers on the delivery of insurance and co-working space
- Assist in the renewal process of Hubbers in multiple hubs
- Build SOPs for current Account Manager team best practices
- Collaborate with the other sales teams such as Recruiters and Product Marketing to effectively meet the company’s strategic objectives in terms of sales, profit, and growth targets.
Who We Are Looking For
- Diploma or University students pursuing a degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Available to work full-time, part-time, or a combination of both for at least 3 months
- Prior sales, sales operations, HR, admin, public relations, procurement, customer service or support experience is a plus
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Great organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- High attention to detail, with a process and solution-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
