Account Specialist

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive individual who is ready to become a part of the CTV industry and grow their experience with Tubi to be an Account Specialist. The Account Specialist will work closely with seasoned Account Managers to support their day-to-day client facing and internal responsibilities. The Account Management team ensures the day-to-day success of our clients by managing the campaign process from start to finish utilizing strategic insights and leveraging our proprietary tools to best deliver campaigns.  In this role, the Account Specialist will have the opportunity to learn the fundamentals of account management at Tubi, learn about the growing CTV space, and become an expert in Tubi products and services.  

This role is a hybrid role - must be willing to travel to our Chicago office three times a week.

Responsibilities:

• Support the day-to-day functions of account management including internal and external reporting, client presentations, monitoring ad campaign performance, and ad campaign optimizations
• Work closely with Account Management to learn about Tubi products and service offerings
• Participate in Sales and Account Management meetings to learn about Tubi clients, their campaigns and objectives
• Partner with Ad Operations to ensure campaign launch; learn about campaign management and optimization 
• Work with third party measurement and reporting tools 

Your Background:

• 1 year relevant job experience required
• Familiarity with Excel and PowerPoint and willingness to become proficient
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, with keen attention to details
• Highly organized with fantastic follow through
• Capable of problem solving and providing solutions to problems proactively
• Demonstrated interest in Technology, Internet, Entertainment and/or Advertising
