What You ‘ll Be Doing:
- Serve as Account Manager for the assigned key accounts/firms (Original Equipment Manufacturers - OEMs) of global defense Industry, building strong relationships, generate leads, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Be responsible for on-time delivery of winning commercial and technical proposals for industrial cooperation defense projects.
- Manage the entire proposal lifecycle from RFP phase up to proposal submission and contract award.
- Act as a focal point of contact with the Customer for clarifying the RFP/Tender requirements, submit the proposal and follow up the status of evaluation and award.
- Leading and managing cross functional teams (technical, engineering, legal, contracts, quality, procurement etc.) by providing bid management direction and leadership.
- Coordinate the bidding team for the prompt production of proposal contents (i.e. costing output, technical concept, quality, project management, time schedules, contractual, legal, finance, tax, exports etc.), as required by the RFP/tender.
- Review & analyze the proposal costing results and present to the management the proposal cost elements.
- Produce the commercial part of the proposal (scope, price tables, payment terms, proposal assumptions etc.).
- Perform with proposal team regular meetings (kickoff, follow up review meetings etc.), in order to ensure the on-time delivery of compelling financial and technical proposals, aligned with the tenders/RFPs deadlines.
- Coordinate the preparation and review of required framework commercial agreements (NDAs, MoUs, etc.) in cooperation with Legal and Contracts departments.
- Keeping up to date the Department’s Customer Database with new and existing RFPs.
- Develop in coordination with Management and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns specifically tailored to domestic Defense industrial programs to generate leads by meeting program’s industrial objectives.
- Prepare and execute presentations, participate in international defense industry events and tradeshows.
- Stay up-to-date with national defense acquisition programs developments, to identify and pursue in coordination with the company strategy new opportunities of industrial workshare in the programs.

Qualifications & Experience
Required:
- University Degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical/Electronic, Industrial or Computer Engineering).
- Professional experience of at least 2 years in bid/proposal management.
- Experience in Sales or Account Management of at least 2 years.
- Ability and willingness to travel abroad occasionally.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Excellent command of Greek and English language (written & oral).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Strong presentation skills and experience in delivering compelling presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
Desired:
- Project Management experience.
- Previous working experience in industrial Aerospace & Defense industry.
