We are currently looking for a Account & Project Manager (all genders) based in Berlin or Germany.

Your mission with us:
As a project and key account manager you are responsible for managing strategic projects in the B2B sphere and further develop and improve our Key Account strategy and processes. You are supporting the implementation of new business initiatives, identifying levers for performance improvements and helping find solutions to occurring challenges.

Your tasks:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of target-oriented Key Account management like setting up communication and growth strategies, develop KPIs and tailored offerings for clients
  • Nurturing and growing a portfolio of strategic partnerships 
  • End-to-end responsibility for (international) projects with our clients: From language course set up to ensuring smooth operations, monitoring, reporting and developing best practices and putting them into action
  • Staying up to date on competition and market trends  and help optimise our offering

You bring to Lingoda:

  • Successfully completed studies, preferably in economics or similar
  • At least 2 years of work experience in project management, Key Account/Sales or business development
  • Dynamic, results-oriented way of working, agile mindset and high implementation orientation
  • Creativity in problem solving
  • Hands-on work mentality
  • Customer oriented communication skills paired with a sales-mindset
  • Being proactive and take ownership of your tasks and your own development
  • English C1 and German C1
