We're currently seeking an Account Manager, an asset that plays a critical role in supporting customers, ensuring engineering efforts align with business requirements, and leveraging a deep understanding of the client's product offerings.
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Validate Ideal Customer Profile (ICP):
- Analyze and refine the current ICP based on market research, historical data, and stakeholder input.
- Create a segmented list of 100 Tier 1 and Tier 2 potential customers, prioritizing based on revenue potential, industry fit, and strategic alignment.
2. Develop Value Proposition and Messaging:
- Craft clear and compelling messaging tailored to the ICP. I can work with the person to refine the message
- Deliverables include:
- Outbound email templates.
- Unique Selling Proposition (USP) statements.
- Competitive advantage articulation.
- Objection-handling scripts.
3. Customer Journey Mapping:
- Map the customer journey using the existing sales process, identifying key touchpoints and conversion opportunities.
- Develop a Lead Generation Plan that includes:
- Outreach strategies (cold email, LinkedIn, calls, etc.).
- Multi-touch campaigns for nurturing leads.
4. Validation Through Outreach Campaign:
- Execute an initial outreach campaign to the identified 100 companies.
- Test messaging, channels, and cadence effectiveness.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience working as an Account Manager for SaaS companies.
- Technical Expertise: Background in SaaS.
- Strong Communication: Ability to explain technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Effectively address and resolve client challenges.
- Sales Acumen: Understanding of sales processes and account growth strategies.
- Located within LATAM
