More about Your team

As an individual who understands and is capable of double-digit growth with a book of named customers, you will be on a sales team made up of Senior Account Managers, reporting to the senior manager of AM Expand Sales. The AM2 is responsible for driving business on a defined set of larger (>100 Employees) Accounts that have a current Wrike subscription. The AM2 works closely with the rest of the Account Team and together work towards a specific booking target. AM2s are responsible for all sets of sales activity both inbound and especially outbound and for understanding customer pain points/challenges to provide/sell the best solution possible.

You'll make an impact by:

  • Managing new business within the Account Management Book of Business assigned to you.
  • Managing the full sales cycle, including contract generation and other deliverables for closing
  • Managing assigned accounts, inbound requests, especially outreach activities
  • Understanding an account’s needs and effectively communicating how Wrike will meet those needs
  • Utilizing a solution approach to selling and creating value for customers
  • Using SalesForce.com, SalesNavigator, ZoomInfo, and Demandbase for lead management and sales forecasting
  • By ensuring 100% satisfaction with all customers

You will achieve your best if you have:

  • 2+ years of successful sales experience (Tech/SaaS Preferred)
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred 
  • Fluency in Japanese and Good level of English

You will stand out with:

  • Experience handling the full sales cycle from qualification to close
  • Experience handling customer relationships and using those relationships to expand business
  • Experience with solution selling
  • Outbound sales calling experience
  • Experiencing filtering through a large number of inbound leads/trials, and promptly following up on those leads
  • Ability to conduct end-user demonstrations over video conferencing/zoom
