Account Manager

  • Managing Wolt's restaurant portfolio and enhancing the value from it by dealing and technically preparing the special offers

  • Developing Wolt ́s restaurant partners and their business by using our collected user data and preparing proposals for special campaigns

  • Providing high-level consultation to our restaurant partnerships regarding improvements, quality checks and creative strategies, and help restaurant partners reach their goals

  • Closely monitoring the Wolt portfolio and preparing documents with analysis of previous special campaigns to continuously improve Wolt services and offerings in all our cities

  • Acting as a key account for major accounts and follow up these with reports and regular meetings to track performance

  • Partnering  with our marketing team to run value-adding PR & marketing campaigns and suggest optimal marketing activities to increase restaurant orders

  • Working  closely with our operations, support teams and mainly marketing team to ensure best practices and follow up of restaurants special deals

 

    • Be able to carry the duties and responsibilities of the role listed above

    • Have a self-starter mindset and willingness to contribute to hands-on activities in a flat organization

    • Be able to collaborate and proactively communicate clearly, both verbally and in written form with various stakeholders in Wolt

    • Be able to make sound business decisions while basing decisions on data

    • Positive ‘can do’ attitude

    • Ability to really own a project, work independently and ask for guidance when needed

    • Sales background or experience with upselling is required

    • Detailed knowledge of our internal promotions tooling is essential to be successful in this role

    • Be able to prioritize Wolt culture and values as the fundamental elements of Wolt growing as a successful business

    • Most importantly, be part of the team! As a team, we do common things uncommonly well

    • Proficient in English (B2) and Slovak

    • Possess Driving's License
