The Challenge
At Temper, we’re looking for an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to manage a diverse portfolio of clients in the hospitality and retail sectors, including nationwide catering and events companies, as well as renowned hotels and retail brands. Your goal will be to drive growth by building strong relationships, identifying new opportunities, and truly understanding your clients’ needs, ensuring their success while contributing to our own.
In this role, you’ll take ownership of a dynamic portfolio, guiding new clients from launch to maturity by creating tailored business plans and adapting to their evolving needs. You’ll work closely with stakeholders at all levels, from floor managers to the C-suite, to seamlessly integrate Temper into their business operations. You’ll also take a ‘commercial first’ approach by developing bespoke commercial deals and using your business acumen to ensure client loyalty and drive growth.

Your Temper team
The UK Account Management team consists of the Head of Account Management and two Account Managers, with client portfolios divided by sector. In this role, you’ll take exclusive ownership of our hospitality and retail clients, so prior experience or a strong interest in these industries is essential.
You’ll work closely with the Head of Account Management, based in our London office, and collaborate with the Business Development team to ensure clients are onboarded seamlessly and set up for long-term success. Together, we’ll follow best practices to maximize their potential and ensure they get the most out of working with Temper.
