What you will do:

As part of our Customer Success team, you will be the linchpin of the relationship with our restaurant customers. You will offer them a 360° consultancy service.

On a day-to-day basis, you will support your portfolio (around 650 accounts in the French and potentially Italian/German speaking part of Switzerland) in the goal for additional income, while ensuring compliance with the rules established between TheFork and its restaurant partners.

You will be the main contact for the partners in your area.

You will draw up promotional plans for your portfolio with the aim of ensuring the best offer for our users.

You will support and train your customers in the use of our tools.

 

How do you do this?

You will be your customers' main point of contact for all questions and issues.

Build strong relationships of trust and retain customers 

Provide solutions tailored to your customers' needs and objectives.

Develop additional sales with your existing customers by identifying areas for improvement.

Forecasting and monitoring your customers' performance

Identify and develop new opportunities within your geographical territory and portfolio to achieve your sales targets.

Develop a relationship of trust with your various contacts.

Proactively forecast and track your customers' performance, providing insights and recommendations to achieve your targets

Drive growth: find opportunities to upsell and cross-sell within your existing customer base 

 

You Must Meet These Critical Qualifications 

With a background in sales, you have a strong business temper and are recognised for your ability to convince and persuade.

You already have commercial experience.

You are very comfortable and productive on the phone.

You know how to organize your time and priorities when faced with challenges.

Your analytical and creative mind enables you to systematically offer the most appropriate solutions.

Proven experience of using a CRM (in this case Salesforce.com) and MS Office

Proven ability to manage multiple projects/subjects with attention to detail.

Excellent listening and negotiating skills.

French month tongue, very comfortable in English as it is the official spoken language in the team!
