- Initiate and maintain a database of potential new and existing portfolio accounts through proactive outreach
- Assist in the growth, enhancement, and expansion of portfolio accounts
- Coordinate effectively with internal teams to address and meet account needs
- Schedule and participate in meetings with potential accounts, providing support during the onboarding process
- Ensure timely and effective communication with portfolio accounts according to company's business interest
- Gather and analyze feedback from partners and prospects, and share insights with internal teams
- Help analyze potential opportunities and assist in developing sales plans for target portfolio accounts
- Prepare and present regular reviews and reports as required by line managers
- Stay updated on industry trends, closely monitor competitors, and remain informed about our products and positioning
- Willingness to travel to company representation events based on company's interest and request
- Assist in organizing and coordinating participation in events, including logistics, facilitate company presentations if requested, and promotional activities
- Primary focus of products (Sx, Sb, and any other required by the company)
- Excellent persuasion skills
- Sales experience and strong selling abilities
- Competence in identifying, qualifying, and onboarding portfolio accounts to drive revenue growth
- Experience with lead generation through various methods, such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
- Ability to establish and maintain long-term, strategic account relationships
- Skills in managing accounts and portfolios under supervision
- 1 year of experience in a similar role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in Spanish & English
- Ability to identify and leverage cross-selling opportunities within company group
- Ability to assist in delivering presentations and proposals to stakeholders
- Basic analytical skills to interpret data and assist in making data-driven decisions
- Creative problem-solving abilities to address client issues and business challenges
- Project management skills, capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Extensive knowledge of our products/services and their applications in the market
- Experience using CRM systems is a plus
