Roblox is looking for a Brand Partnerships Account Manager (Tech Vertical) to deliver excellent account management and service to our advertising partners. You'll work with top brands across many sub-verticals to develop a presence on Roblox and to achieve sustained growth on the platform.

This full-time position is based in SF bay area, NYC, or LA and will report to Senior Director of Technology.

You Will:

  • Be a trusted advisor to our partners, offering guidance and best practices on how to launch and improve their presence on our platform. Your expertise will help partners maximize their reach, engagement, ROAS and influence using Roblox Ads products.
  • Be a subject matter expert for navigating policy and coordination with other teams
  • Dive deep into campaign performance data; guide KPI-driven measurement strategies, identifying performance trends, optimizing campaigns to achieve desired results, and providing proactive recommendations for upsell opportunities
  • Inspire creativity and product adoption by collaborating with the Client Partner to explore and use our products to enhance client campaigns
  • Help partners create unique and engaging experiences for their audiences
  • Work with multiple teams, including Marketing, Communications, Developer Relations, Product, Moderation, Media, Insights, and Policy / Legal, to support partnership launches and ensure agreement on execution of programs
  • Contribute to the broader Partnerships team by assisting with organizational elements (streamlining processes, pipeline management via Salesforce, and creating internal communications)
  • Work with the Insights team to use data and analyze partnership metrics, extract relevant insights, and identify optimization opportunities
  • Keep up with the latest social media and gaming trends and stay ahead of industry developments and identify opportunities to apply them to our partners' strategies. Your learning will contribute to the success of our partnerships.
  • Manage projects to ensure successful execution within defined timelines
  • Coordinate resources and tracking progress

You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience 6+ years).
  • A understanding of advertising performance metrics and the broader ecosystem
  • Google Sheets and Google Slides skills, and experience analyzing datasets and delivering actionable insights
  • A deep understanding of media management within a biddable auction advertising environment and demonstrated skills in educating others (e.g., advertisers, agencies, API partners etc)
  • Knowledge of the gaming and technology industries and their digital landscapes
  • Experience working as an individual contributor on a team
  • An in-depth understanding of the Roblox platform's policies, features, Ads products and technical requirements
  • Experience tailoring messages to different audiences
  • Proficiency in navigating policy and coordinating across multiple teams
  • Project management skills
  • Data analytics experience and comfortable working with data to guide decision-making
For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future.  All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.
Annual Salary Range
$192,590$229,370 USD

Roles that are based in our San Mateo, CA Headquarters are in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional in-office on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
