For one of our clients, we are looking for an Account Manager, remotely from San Francisco.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with government and nonprofit clients to support childcare providers in enhancing their businesses. You will serve as the primary contact for assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering strong partnerships. Your responsibilities will include driving account growth, managing contract renewals, and leveraging data insights to inform strategic decisions.

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned government accounts, acting as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions that meet and exceed client expectations, ensuring fulfillment of contractual commitments.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling to maximize revenue potential within existing accounts.
  • Proactively manage contract renewals, engaging clients to ensure timely renewals and seamless service continuity.
  • Strategize and implement methods to monetize childcare provider accounts acquired through partnerships.
  • Address client issues promptly and professionally, aligning solutions with business objectives.
  • Analyze performance metrics to identify trends, assess contract outcomes, and recommend improvements.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in consulting, account management, or client relationship roles.
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth, particularly within marketplace models.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management abilities, capable of handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated experience collaborating across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
