- Deliver the Games Content roadmaps and advising on applicable content for specific markets
- Work with BI and internal BI tools to understand and analyse your account data
- Present BI data on the performance of your accounts internally & externally
- Provide first level business support and being a point of escalation for all queries

- Have experience working within an online B2B gaming company in a customer-facing, revenue/target-focused role
- Possess experience with IMS or other online gaming platform back offices
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills
- Exhibit the ability to multi-task and manage your time well
- Understand your licensee and their business needs
- Are self-motivated and highly driven by targets
- Maintain a service and business orientation with excellent interpersonal skills
- Show strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Have knowledge of the online gaming market (particularly Casino, Live Casino, and Poker) with a solid understanding of the competitor landscape
- Communicate in written and spoken English to a business level
- Bring strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint
