Account Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively maintain and manage assigned key clients by achieving high client satisfaction.
  • Able to understand client's data request so to deep dive into the database to find our appropriate explanations.
  • Strong team spirits and able to work with cross-functional team to drive growth of client business.
  • Demonstrated understanding of the consumption industry and able to meet with and present to C-suite level or leadership team from client's side to drive meaningful business conversations
  • Strong self-motivated with high integrity and spirit of persistence.
  • Durable industry background preferred but not must.

 

 

Qualification and Skills :

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ideally 5+ years of working experience in relevant industries in market research, professional services with similar role.
  • English skill, must be workable-for both oral and writing
  • Knowledge of Durable industry is preferred, marketing research background preferred)
  • Good presentation and communication skills, client-centric approach
  • Passion, dedication, and commitment
  • Being agile and data sensitive with strong business acumen.
  • Good command of Microsoft skill, including Excel and PPT.
  • Interested in data analysis and providing market insights
