We are currently looking for an outgoing, energetic and detail-oriented individual to join our Account Management team based in Manila. We want individuals who can help us achieve business targets by creating and maintaining professional relationships with business clients.
What you'll do

Account Management - Understand assigned clients’ business to learn how Lalamove products and services can best help them operationally

Relationship Management - Manage and address issues and concerns accordingly in a timely manner; Seek regular feedback from assigned clients and think of ways on how to improve the way we serve them

Strategic Planning: Develop and execute account plans tailored to each client’s goals and needs.

Reports - Prepares weekly, and monthly or as needed, reports to track performance and movement of assigned accounts
- Other sales duties as assigned by the Sales Manager
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- At least two (2) years experience in Corporate Account management functions from any industry
- Proficiency in CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot].
- Must be willing to work on-site in Parañaque Integrated Terminal Exchange (PITX)
