About the product: It is a multi-functional web platform for worldwide communication that allows users to exchange messages, gifts and content. The product features high loading capacity, and intuitive UX/UI. Our goal is to reach the top 5 in the niche within 3 years and establish a presence in the LatAm and Asian markets.
In this role, you will
- Develop and sustain long-term relationships with our partners, ensuring mutual growth and success
- Engage in discussions with partners regarding terms, conditions, and rates to achieve optimal agreements
- Improve and streamline workflows for partners
- Analyze the performance of business partners using current metrics and develop new ones
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends
- Establish KPIs to manage and drive partners’ efficiency and quality growth
- Keep management updated on goals, progress, KPIs, challenges, and plans
- Provide insights and ideas to improve existing products and processes
- Collect feedback from partners and users to generate ideas for new products and features
It’s all about you
- 3+ years in account management, partnership or in an FMCG, Big4 company
- Upper-intermediate-level of English
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Knowledge of product and business metrics to measure project success and the ability to work with large amounts of data
- Ability to make decisions based on data analysis and insights
Would be a plus:
- Experience in the social streaming industry
- Experience working with various CRMs
- A data-driven mentality
