Responsibilities:
- Work closely with clients to advise agency solutions in best practice.
- Understand clients’ brands, products, services, and requirements.
- Understand HYPEBEAST products, services and requirements.
- Lead projects, manage timeline and control budget at all stages.
- Selling both online & offline advertising solutions across all of Hypebeast’s media properties.
- Build proposals and pitch customise marketing strategies to clients.
- Managing advertising campaigns and working closely with the Creative, Editorial and Account Servicing teams to successfully manage and deliver from beginning to end.
- Liaise and manage resources.
- Be a team coach to train Account Executive.
- Work closely with peers across departments and disciplines to deliver qualified work from ideation to completion, including but not limiting to Creative, Editorial, and Production team.
- Control quality, ensure high standard and adequate agency work delivery from internal and third parties to clients.
- Prepare and keep sales support files up to date – sales pipeline, brand partnership proposals
- Build strong relationship with clients.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in advertising, account servicing, business development; within an advertising/media agency is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- Passionate to advertising and media industry.
- Internet savvy and familiar with fashion, beauty, sportswear and youth culture.
- Proven Account and Project Management skills of brand campaigns.
- Team Player that is able to motivate and encourage team to achieve targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, problem solving and analytical skills.
- Be able to multi-task.
- Highly detail orientated, be able to handle complicated projects with clear mind.
- Be able to priorities for an adequate and effective follow-through.
- Fluent in Microsoft Office and Keynote.
- Fluent in mandarin Chinese and fluent in written & oral English.
