We are Trucksters (http://trucksters.io/), a rising star(tup) in the brand-new digital tech-logistics field.

What do we do? We are a digital transport operator focusing on optimizing long-hauling in Europe. Thanks to our driver relay system that allows multiple drivers to switch between each other, we are improving the standard of trucking.

Who are we? We are a team of young professionals who come from different backgrounds (strategy consulting, sales, tech) and who have a clear mission: we want to create collaboration in the trucking industry to achieve a future where people live better and resources are used more efficiently.

Where are we? We are based in Madrid, although we have a global scope. We have operations in Spain, Germany, The Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, the UK and France.

Our vision is to move the world's road freight in relays to accelerate the electrification agenda and improve drivers' life.


Your Mission at Trucksters as an Account Manager

As an Account Manager at Trucksters, your mission is to consistently delight and inspire our clients by assisting them in creating unforgettable experiences within the logistics and transportation industry. You will play a pivotal role in overseeing and nurturing high-value client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction, and contributing to the company's growth and success.


Specific responsibilities for this role include:

Managing high-value accounts and building strong client relationships: Act as the primary point of contact for accounts, nurturing strong and lasting relationships. Main functions include:

  1. Understanding our clients - Get in our clients' shoes by understanding their needs and hence creating a long-lasting relationship. Understand the seasonality, the growth and how the USP of Trucksters fit within the client ecosystem
  2. Supervising our operations - Make sure that we deliver what we promised. Be the ambassador of the client in Trucksters: make sure that the whole client journey works well across all Trucksters department
  3. Growing our accounts - Have always a growing mindset: understand the tender dates of our clients and draft an strategic plan with each client so we both grow together in the best way possible
