Account Manager

We are seeking a pro-active and results-driven Account Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and growing client relationships across multiple verticals, and establishing strong connections with media partners and publishers to accelerate expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their affiliate marketing strategies align with their business objectives and deliver measurable results.
  • Affiliate Program Management: Monitor and manage affiliate program activity, including new affiliate recruitment, to ensure optimal performance. 
  • Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance, identify areas of improvement (creative, promotions, consumer journey, etc.), and present ways to increase client revenue and drive account growth. 
  • Affiliate Recruitment: Identify and recruit high-value partners for client programs, ensuring they become active and productive affiliates. 
  • Strategic Planning: Develop proactive affiliate marketing strategies and tactics based on client-specific goals, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives. 
  • Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure that all affiliate activities comply with industry regulations and best practices, maintaining the integrity of client programs.

Requirements

  • Experience: 3+ years of direct affiliate management experience (in-house, agency, network) required. 
  • Affiliate Network Knowledge: Experience with Affiliate Networks (Rakuten, ShareASale/AWIN, Impact, Commission Junction, etc.) is essential. 
  • Highly Motivated: Autonomous and highly motivated to help our clients drive success
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication abilities with a strong proficiency in English, with a focus on negotiation and client service. 
  • Analytical Skills: Proficient in analyzing data to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and provide actionable insights to clients.
  • Problem-Solving: A proactive, results-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently and address challenges effectively.
  • Adaptability: Eager to learn, embrace new technologies, and excel in a fast-paced digital marketing environment.
