Account Manager

About the role:

We are expanding our account management team in the newly created office in Melbourne so that we can better service our clients. We are looking for phone-based Account Managers who can manage a portfolio of accounts, and develop relationships with our clients and retain them. As our HQ is in Sydney, we will invite you to visit our Sydney office minimum 6 times a year.

How you will add value:

  • Manage a portfolio of tradie businesses in Australia
  • Act as the point of contact for your clients and handle outbound/inbound calls
  • Manage the full life cycle of customers, including growing, nurturing and retaining
  • Grow and retain revenue within your portfolio against monthly targets 

About you:

  • Experience in Account Management, Sales or Customer Service
  • Proven results against sales, retention or similar KPIs
  • Loves working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
  • Excellent time management skills and can provide solutions to customers
