Position Summary
We are looking for passionate professionals to join our Airlines Industry Relations Team. The main objective of the team is to assist Etraveli Group in maintaining its position as one of the leading Online Travel Agencies globally .
As an Account Manager you will be responsible for nurturing the relationships with our current portfolio of External Partners, but also identifying and building new partnerships in existing and new markets. Our External Partners play an important role in expanding our reach and growing our footprint outside of our main markets, by providing us access to more flight options and increasing our competitiveness.
Your daily tasks will mostly involve account management and support in order to get the most value out of our existing and new External Partners, as well as continuous work with various teams within the Etraveli Group in order to increase operational efficiency and achieve our common goals.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities & build relationships with potential business partners.
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing accounts.
- Draft commercial proposals and presentations.
- Use performance data in order to define our strategy and optimize our collaboration.
- Participate, drive or arrange meetings and conference calls.
- Drive and monitor sales performance.
- Be a point of contact for partner related issues within the company.
- Collaborate with different teams within the Etraveli Group with the aim to improve the way of working with External Partners.
- Liaise with our Customer support team to ensure that we provide a great customer service.
- Work closely with our Content team to explore opportunities in existing and new markets.
Requirements
- Bachelor &/or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing & Communications, or any other related field
- Around 3 years of proven experience in B2B Account management
- Experience in working with projects
- Self-driven,proactive and ability to prioritize effectively
- Experience working with KPIs
- Experience in analyzing data & producing reports to measure the impact of existing and new partnerships on our business
- Experience working with GDS systems (NDC and API will be considered positively) will be considered as an asset.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills and excellent command of the English language
- Ability to act proactively, take initiatives and demonstrate a can-do attitude focusing on producing high quality results within a fast-paced environment
- High level of responsibility and integrity combined with eagerness to work in a multicultural, international environment subject to continuous changes
