Exiger is looking for an Account Manager to join our thriving Commercial Sales team. Exiger is a cutting-edge supply chain risk management (SCRM) software-as-a-service (SaaS) solution with scalable offerings, which use data to help corporations intelligently surface risk in business relationships.

This Account Manager will spearhead sales to existing Exiger customers, with a focus on expanding our business across various sectors. This position is responsible for achieving growth and retention goals, with the opportunity to expand existing portfolios by cultivating relationships. The ideal candidate will leverage expertise in high-level complex SaaS sales in supply chain risk, vendor risk management, and/or third-party risk management. We are looking for someone with a passion for their work, a proactive disposition, sharp communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively. This person will have an established track record of successfully acquiring and fostering trust with new accounts, achieving sales targets, and expanding existing accounts through relationship building.

What You’ll Do:

  • Cultivate long-term partnerships with corporate customers, particularly those in the Fortune 1000 with international operations
  • Design and implement targeted, tailored campaigns to increase revenue within existing accounts
  • Identify market trends and analyze competitor strategies to ensure Exiger is maximizing revenue and effectively differentiating
  • Collaborate with Exiger’s marketing team to support events, conferences, and webinars, sharing expertise and building brand visibility in the industry
  • Partner with product leaders to incorporate customer feedback and needs into product development, ensuring their voices are heard
  • Understand customer's business challenges and goals to recommend the best-fit solutions and technologies, becoming a trusted advisor in their success
  • Maintain accurate records and data in the global CRM system, enabling data-driven decision-making and effective sales strategies

Who You Are:

  • You possess a high level of initiative and self-motivation, especially in a team environment
  • You excel at identifying opportunities to create value in existing relationships
  • You understand the processes, pain points, and personas in supply chain, procurement, risk, and compliance
  • You drive growth through customer retention and expansion
  • You lead inspirational, tailored presentations in a customer-facing environment
  • You articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely, in written and verbal English
  • You balance multiple priorities while maintaining a strategic mindset

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Five to seven years of experience in a similar role, selling to existing customers and managing relationships within information, technology, or other products to key decision-makers
  • Proven history of achieving or exceeding sales goals and driving revenue growth
  • Familiarity with Supply Chain Risk Management, Governance, Risk & Compliance, and Third-Party Risk Management
  • Executive presence with the ability to interact with senior business leaders
  • Proficiency with SaaS and CRM platforms and mastery of collaboration and communication tools
