What You Will Do
- Collaborate with the online communication team to create unique and brand-consistent campaign content;
- Construct initiatives on Facebook and Instagram that complement broader brand undertakings and objectives;
- Oversee social accounts for customers;
- Engage in customer pitching and proposal drafting;
- Stay updated with industry trends, best practices & business goals to suggest new initiatives;
- Construct influencer marketing initiatives that are in line with the overall brand and social strategy;
- Monitor expenditures against financial objectives; explain the influence of the area’s budget on the organizational financial plan;
- React swiftly and innovatively to problem-solving.
What You Will Need
- Undergraduate Degree in Public Relations, Advertising, or a similar discipline;
- Two to three years of work experience utilizing social media for corporate purposes;
- Profound knowledge of platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube;
- Direct experience with social media ads and their evaluation;
- Capacity to perform effectively under stress;
- Strong analytical thinking is required.
- Agency background is preferred
- Linkedin, XHS, WeChat experience is a plus
- Great attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills.
