We’re looking for an Account Manager - Digital Experience to lead client relationships and drive the execution of digital, data-driven, and creative technology solutions. Acting as the bridge between clients and internal teams, you’ll translate digital strategies into clear recommendations while ensuring seamless execution. While deep technical expertise isn’t required, you should understand digital ecosystems, marketing technologies, and how they enhance customer engagement.

What You’ll Do

Client Relationship Management & Growth

  • Serve as the primary client contact, ensuring strong relationships and smooth communication.
  • Understand business objectives and recommend digital and creative tech solutions.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and account growth.
  • Lead contract discussions and negotiations.

Project & Campaign Management

  • Oversee digital and data-driven marketing initiatives from planning to optimization.
  • Coordinate strategy, creative, and tech teams for seamless execution.
  • Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring quality.
  • Proactively address risks and roadblocks.. 

Digital & Tech Enablement

  • Possess a working knowledge of marketing automation, customer data, and analytics tools.
  • Collaborate with tech teams to implement solutions like personalization and automation.
  • Understand campaign tracking and performance metrics to guide decision-making.
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends. 

Strategic Planning & Insights

  • Leverage data and performance insights to refine strategies.
  • Work with internal teams to develop innovative, tech-driven marketing solutions.
  • Monitor industry trends and translate them into actionable client strategies. 

Financial & Operational Management

  • Oversee client budgets, ensuring effective resource allocation and financial tracking.
  • Monitor invoicing, payments, and receivables to maintain smooth financial operations. 

What You’ll Need  

  • Client & Stakeholder Management: Strong relationship-building and communication skills.  
  • Project Leadership: Experience managing digital or integrated marketing campaigns.  
  • Digital & Tech Fluency: Ability to translate digital concepts into client-friendly strategies.  
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to align marketing solutions with business objectives.  
  • Business Growth: Experience identifying and developing account opportunities. 
  • Financial Acumen: Comfort managing budgets and financial workflows. 
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of customer engagement, data-driven marketing, and digital ecosystems.  
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work with strategy, creative, data, and tech teams.
