Role Overview

We are looking for a talented, experienced, and highly motivated Account Manager who will support the Demand Partnerships team in optimizing and growing our key Property & Casualty (P&C) advertiser relationships. This position will focus on overseeing data analysis and day-to-day partner support and requires a strong client-service orientation. The ideal candidate has a strong, established background working with digital media advertisers, publishers and various technologies. In addition, the ideal candidate has an analytical mindset and the ability to work closely with multiple internal business teams. Candidates must be self-starters and able to thrive in an agile, fast-paced, and data-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day account management for our P&C Insurance partners.
  • Understand partner objectives and perform all required analyses to recommend campaign optimizations to internal team members and directly to partners.
  • Assist in the prioritization of account management activities and initiatives through a thorough understanding of the partner’s needs and the company’s account management priorities and best practices.
  • Proactively identify problem areas or opportunities through open-ended account review and data analysis. Compile, analyze, and interpret performance data to optimize advertiser campaigns. 
  • Resolve partner issues efficiently and proactively.
  • Provide support for all new product initiatives and recommend new platform features based on advertiser feedback and internal requirements.
  • Build mutually beneficial client relationships. 
  • Assist in the creation of performance review presentations to partners, including quarterly business reviews (QBRs).

 

Requirements

  • 2 years of work experience with client management in online advertising.
  • Strong client-service orientation within performance marketing.
  • Capacity to think critically and creatively to synthesize large data sets.
  • Strong Excel proficiency (pivot tables, vlookups, data manipulation).
  • Ability to utilize industry knowledge and insights gained across multiple clients to inform account management strategy and priorities and recommendations to clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities in a dynamic start-up environment. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-starter who can take initiative.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Eagerness to learn, drive to improve, and a willingness to make mistakes.
  • Ability to articulate and communicate clearly, concisely, and thoughtfully, particularly with written communications across various teams and time zones.

 

Preferred

  • Demonstrated experience with programmatic advertising platforms.
  • Knowledge of the Insurance vertical and the Insurance ecosystem is preferred.

 

Compensation & Benefits

We are excited to offer a competitive base pay range of $65,000 to $97,000 per year for this position, based on experience and qualifications. But that's not all - as a valued member of our team, you will also have access to an array of top-notch benefits, including:
