Account Manager (Corporate)

About the role

To be successful in this role you will have a customer-centric approach, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders to understand the customers business, develop and tailor integrated print management and software solutions that deliver commercial benefit and improved business outcomes.

This role requires a combination of new business development and account management of strategic accounts within the corporate vertical.

In consultation with key stakeholders, your primary accountabilities are to: 

  • Identify and develop multi-level relationships within nominated accounts and prospects.
  • To work with customers and project managers to manage fleet and solution rollouts.
  • Increase revenue streams and customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain your knowledge of the Konica Minolta offering and the vertical industries of your nominated accounts.
  • Maintain & regularly update CRM.
  • Developing an action plan to maintain relationships and regular contact within nominated accounts and opportunities.
  • Achieve the revenue target set out for your area/portfolio.

Requirements

To be qualified for this position, ideally your background and skills will comprise of the following:

  • Proven ability to create customer value through the sale of solutions and managed services.
  • Proven Business Development and Sales into Tier 1 and 2 accounts.
  • Demonstrable presentation skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Proficiency with CRM applications.
  • Proven ability to develop account strategy, write and execute business plans.
  • Exposure to sales training methodologies. 
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Exceptional presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to monitor performance against deadlines and milestones.
  • Ability to work autonomously and part of a team.
  • Hold valid working rights for Australia.
  • Hold a valid drivers licence.

As per Konica Minolta compliance procedures, the successful candidate will be required to undertake background checks.
