Account Manager | Corporate Accounts

Mission: Positively impact client retention by developing trusted relationships with corporate clients. Senior Account Managers serve as a lead point of contact for all client matters throughout the client lifecycle. Responsible for setting and maintaining client expectations in partnership with Key Account Managers through successful onboarding while maintaining a high level of client engagement. Includes liaising with internal teams (Operations, Customer Service, and Product) to execute Lamudi products inline with our service level agreements to improve the entire customer experience.

Minimum Requirements
Positively impacting client retention through effective, efficient onboarding and maintaining the highest service level.
Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to assigned accounts (Key Accounts)Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our products according to customer needs and objectives
Prepare monthly performance reports to clearly communicate the progress of contracted executions
Ensuring consistent touch points with assigned clients and assisting Key Account Manager(s) where needed Develop new business with existing clients and/or manage renewal process
Onboarding of clients through welcome emails and welcome calls, training clients on website usage
Resolving client complaints and preventing additional issues by improving processes
Identifies red alert accounts and advise Key Account Managers (KAMs) or Head of Corporate Accounts
Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
