City Wide of Boston is expanding (www.gocitywideboston.com) and we are seeking to add an Account Manager our team! This position is a hybrid role of sales, customer service, and relationship building with existing clients. The Account Manager is field based and will visit their clients regularly to build relationships and to establish trust and rapport. Administrative support is provided to allow for focused time to work with clients, manage projects and to cross-sell additional services.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience
- Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with clients
- Comfortable with “farmer” selling
- Comfortable being in the field
- Ability to prioritize among competing tasks
- Take ownership of retaining and growing existing accounts
- Ability to resolve client concerns and issues
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment
