Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain ongoing relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and services are performed to the highest standards.
- Conduct regular inspections to assess service quality and compliance.
- Supervise and support service staff and contractors, facilitating training and performance evaluations.
- Identify upsell opportunities and promote additional services to clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve client retention and satisfaction.
- Manage client accounts efficiently by utilizing CRM tools for tracking interactions and service history.
Requirements
Qualifications:
