Cision recherche un(e) Account Manager Senior pour son équipe commerciale.
Rattaché(e) au Manager du service, l’Account Manager Senior aura en charge un portefeuille de 155 clients.
Poste à pourvoir sur Paris ou Lyon.
Vos missions :
- Gérer les comptes des clients : gestion de tous les clients pour s’assurer de leur réabonnement et éviter les résiliations ;
- Effectuer des ventes additionnelles auprès des clients existants ;
- Faire des démonstrations en ligne des produits ;
- Etablir des propositions de services ciblées ;
- Atteindre les objectifs quantitatifs mensuels individuels ;
- Assurer un reporting de qualité auprès de la direction commerciale ;
- Assurer la bonne communication des éléments clients auprès des services internes concernés.
Votre profil :
- Niveau bac + 3 minimum et bon niveau d’anglais souhaité (B2-C1).
- De formation supérieure, vous bénéficiez d’une 1ère expérience commerciale dans la vente de solutions logicielles et/ou Cloud (CRM, ERP, Cloud, Web conferencing, Marketing Automation, Web Marketing, etc).
- Une expérience de 5 ans au moins comme gestionnaire de comptes ou commercial est souhaitée.
- Aisance relationnelle auprès de différents niveaux d’interlocuteurs, organisation, responsabilité et capacité d’analyse.
