The role:
As our Account Manager, you’ll be the primary contact for 50-80 clients, mainly freight forwarders in the logistics industry, across the fast-growing APAC region. Your role is to help clients thrive on our container marketplace by facilitating transactions and building strong relationships.
You’ll connect with clients regularly, focusing on their goals and ensuring they fully utilize our platform’s features. A big part of your job will be developing localized approaches tailored to the unique needs of each market. You’ll also influence market expansion, collaborate with global teams. Your ultimate goal is to drive both client retention and revenue growth.
Location:
This role can be based full-time in Hamburg or remotely from Taiwan or China. Please note that if based in Taiwan or China, the position will be offered under a freelance agreement.
