Requirements
- 2 + years of experience in a similar role (Account Manager, HR Manager, Office Manager)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Capable of building positive relationships and rapport with team members and employees
- Proactive in addressing issues and ensuring smooth collaboration with all stakeholders
- A meticulous approach to tasks, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in work
- Willingness and capability to work with various documents and reports
Nice to have
- Experience with time-tracking tools
- Previous experience in an IT company

Responsibilities
- Accurately and promptly entering all hours into the customer’s tracking systems, ensuring alignment with internal tracking systems
- Reviewing and correcting project entries to ensure proper invoicing based on reported hours
- Managing and tracking team vacation requests and submissions
- Identifying and addressing performance issues within the team
- Generating and completing various reports related to team performance for customer review
- Communication with the support team
- Monitoring and organizational storage of background checks for employees
- Working with documents and reports
- Supporting with preparing presentations
- Participating in preparation activities
- Ad hoc requests from Account Executives or Account Managers
