Account Manager Assistant

Requirements

  • 2 + years of experience in a similar role (Account Manager, HR Manager, Office Manager)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Capable of building positive relationships and rapport with team members and employees
  • Proactive in addressing issues and ensuring smooth collaboration with all stakeholders
  • A meticulous approach to tasks, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness in work
  • Willingness and capability to work with various documents and reports
  • Excellent command of English
  • Availability during the evening hours (at least 6 pm CET/or 9 pm GMT +4, sometimes later if issues arise) as part of the team in the US

Nice to have

  • Experience with time-tracking tools 
  • Previous experience in an IT company 

English level

Upper-Intermediate+

Responsibilities

  • Onboarding/Offboarding assistance for employees
  • Full support of the newcomers in getting credentials, access to resources, onboarding training, initial set-up
  • Coordinating technical issues resolution
  • Communication with the support team
  • Monitoring and organizational storage of background checks for employees
  • Working with documents and reports:

- Weekly timesheets

- Monthly reports for invoicing

- Maintaining databases up-to-date

- Analysis (on a monthly basis or upon request)

  • Supporting with preparing presentations
  • Participating in preparation activities
  • Ad hoc requests from Account Executives or Account Managers
