Digital Minds is looking for an Account Manager who will join their award-winning team and work closely with their top clients.

As an account manager, you will manage the creation and implementation of digital marketing branded projects in a fast paced agency environment, while liaising between clients and team members.
A successful candidate must be confident interfacing with individuals of all levels, both internally and externally.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for daily client engagement and account management.
- Leads projects at an operational level working under the guidance of Account Group Supervisor.
- Oversee all responsibilities of the Account Executive, including influencer management, branded deal execution, campaign reporting, and content optimization strategies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client project managers.
- Clearly communicate goals and objectives of client projects as well as processes to direct reports, to ensure seamless project implementation.
- Collaborate with production, creative and influencers’ teams to ensure seamless project implementation
- Stay updated on industry trends, marketing developments, and creative insights, continuously learning and applying new knowledge to projects.
- Looking to become a future leader in the agency with a willingness to grow and learn more about Agency operations and the evolution of services provided to client partners.
