Your future at Skyservice:
As a key member of our owner services team, the Account Manager serves as the primary liaison for all aspects of client aircraft operations. Collaborating closely with the flight coordinator, you'll ensure seamless day-to-day operations. You'll work alongside the flight operations team to guarantee the readiness and capability of aircraft and crew for client trips. Your role extends to facilitating communication and coordination with maintenance teams for both scheduled and unscheduled events. Moreover, you'll liaise with fixed-base operations to ensure efficient hangarage, storage, and other amenities for seamless arrivals, departures and everything in between, overseeing the management of your client’s aircraft as a whole.
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Proactively manage a portfolio of client accounts establishing, maintaining, and growing strong relationships.
- Manage the day-to-day operations working with the Flight Coordination, Flight Operations and throughout our Flight Centre division.
- Collaborate with all internal departments, external vendors, and clients to ensure smooth ongoing aircraft operations.
- Support the process of annual contractual renewals by presenting budgets and term agreements alongside Finance.
- Support aircraft entry and exit-to-service projects from initial contract negotiations to the first successful flight into daily operations while ensuring the accurate execution of service agreements, delivering a superior end-to-end client experience.
- Receive, manage, resolve, and track client issues, complaints, and improvement opportunities in our Client Relationship Management (CRM) tool, overseeing executed solutions, maximizing the client experience.
- Create, elevate, and submit reports and, support projects as assigned to enhance the client experience.
- Support Business Development efforts to obtain and retain client accounts.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in aviation management, business administration, a related field, or equivalent experience required.
- 3 - 5 years’ experience in a client-facing or customer service role.
- Business aviation experience is considered an asset.
- Foundational knowledge in financial analysis is highly desired.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
- Experience with Client Relationship Management (CRM) tool is an asset.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to pay attention to detail while managing multiple accounts simultaneously.
- Effective time management and task-switching skills to transition seamlessly among client accounts.
- Deadline-driven and achievement-oriented mindset to deliver projects on schedule.
- Strong problem-solving and execution skills.
