- Solid experience in a key account management role with a background in marketplace or e-commerce
- Experience in brick-and-mortar business/supermarket is essential
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience in managing and developing teams.
- A proactive, 'can-do' mindset, with strong self-motivation and a track record of delivering results.
- Proven ability to drive sales growth and partner success through strategic planning, performance measurement, and effective communication.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt your approach to suit different audiences.
- Experience with analytics platforms or advanced Excel skills, with a structured and detail-oriented approach.
- Strategic thinking and results-oriented mindset
- Fluent in both German and English.
