Account Executives (AEs) are integral to our sales process.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to drive the growth of our business by closing new deals. Your focus will be on understanding client needs and demonstrating how our platform can address their challenges. You’ll reach out to potential clients, uncover their pain points with social media, and offer tailored solutions.
If you’re a high performer with a proven sales track record and a strong understanding of social media, you could be our next Account Executive.
What you will do:
- Become the resident expert in social at Brandwatch by prospecting new business, running demos, and selling our solution.
- Benefit from warm leads generated by a large SDR team, along with inbound marketing support.
- Actively build, maintain, and grow your own sales pipeline.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to successful handoff.
- Consistently meet and exceed quarterly targets.
- Use a consultative approach to engage prospects and clients.
- Bring confidence, expertise, and a unique perspective to your role.
- Become an absolute expert on our brand, business, and SaaS product.
- Stay informed on industry trends and have a deep understanding of the social media landscape.
What you will need:
- 3-5 years of proven sales success, with experience in mid-market SaaS.
- Strong understanding of social media and/or digital marketing.
- Fluent in written and spoken English.
- Team player with a collaborative attitude, eager to contribute to an ambitious team.
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage tasks effectively.
- Experience in new business sales.
- Highly motivated to take on new sales challenges and driven to meet goals.
- Ability to thrive in a performance-oriented, international environment with both short and long sales cycles.
