Client Services Department
The Client Services team handles all aspects of the governance of creative projects born at We Are Social. The areas of expertise and responsibility include client management, project management, and budget control. Being the agency at the client and the client at the agency, the team aims to streamline, organize, and enhance the relationship between the client and the agency.
Role Purpose
As a key part of the Client Service team, you will be the first point of contact with clients, however your relationship with them will be more functional than managerial.
The day-to-day affairs of the client in relation to the organization are expected to be managed by You.
You will be exposed to many aspects of the Service Client department while being asked to work on tasks that help you learn more about the position and the field.
This role involves project management, status tracking with clients, campaign reporting and client meetings, but mainly receiving client briefs and passing them on to the internal team, coordinating suppliers and establishing relationships with other teams within the agency to have control over timings and process, although it won’t control the quality of the deliverables. You will also be responsible for working alongside the Producers to set and drive forward a shooting or a video production.
Reporting to the Account Manager, this function is directly enrolled in project and client management, responsible for the delivery and management of each campaign.
Parts of your responsibilities will be focused on the day-to-day and ongoing management of the relationship with the client, creative, content, research and production teams to ensure the correct delivery and execution of the work we develop internally.
