The Role
We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Account Executive who will help us supercharge Trint! You will play a pivotal role in driving enterprise sales growth across North America, serving as both a key individual contributor and the leader of a dynamic team of one Account Executive and two Business Development Reps.
Responsibilities will include:
- Deliver new business sales in line with the overall business strategy at or above targeted level, with new business revenue achieved from new verticals and markets
- Build pipeline of Enterprise clients across target markets through business development and networking opportunities
- Manage a sales pipeline through the company CRM working closely with the Director of Sales, North America and Global Sales Director to enable successful wins in USA
- Share market feedback with the relevant product owners
- Provide day-to-day support to other members of the team
- Ensure Salesforce is kept up-to-date and accurate in line with the KPIs
- Working with the Marketing Department to identify campaigns and Sales collateral to present to new prospects
- Report to senior management on findings and recommendations
- Work collaboratively with all departments in line with company objectives
- Generate and follow up on proposals/offers to prospects
- Identify and understand key decision makers, users and influencers at assigned customer organization
- Work closely with Customer Success on account retention and engagement
- Travelling to USA around once a month for client in person meetings
Required skills
- 6+ years of direct enterprise or mid-market sales experience
- Proven experience leading and inspiring a high performing sales team
- Strong business development skills in new sectors and markets, particularly in USA
- Experience in selling SaaS products
- Strong knowledge of technology and facility in adopting and teaching new technical workflows
- Strong presentation skills, both oral and written
- The mindset to strive and succeed in a dynamic scale-up environment
