As an Account Executive, Strategic Customer Growth, you will be responsible for upselling and cross-selling the R365 product suite to national brands and franchisees with 50+ total locations.
How you'll add value:
- Manage entire customer sales cycle for existing customers, from discovery to close
- Generate and develop new customer opportunities to increase revenue
- Work with Sales Manager to maintain accurate pipeline and forecast
- Anticipate and discuss client needs and facilitate solutions
- Maintain knowledge of R365’s solution and any related products
- Network with existing customers and vendor partners to build and maintain long-lasting business relationships
- Continual industry research to identify trends in the marketplace
- Partner with Brand Account Executive and Customer Success team to maximize customer value
- Generating pipeline that leads to closed revenue and quota attainment
- Selling on value and return on investment vs. features & functions
- Uncovering pain points and business impact that maps back to our solutions
- Demonstrating adaptability and flexibility as part of an ever-growing team
- Ensure new Customers remain on track to “go live” in implementation, post-sale
- Work with Sales Engineers to perform complex demos, conduct requirements analysis & scoping
- Utilize a systematic approach and process on a new opportunity from start to finish in order to close business
- Other duties as assigned
What you'll need to be successful in this role:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- 2+ years of proven Account Management experience, preferably in restaurant technology, or ERP space.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations and technology preferred
- Ability to analyze the needs of a client and provide strategic business solutions for successful outcomes
- Highly motivated and results-oriented
- Experience with Salesforce or similar customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Strong presentation skills
- Excellent and concise verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to adapt to and follow a sales process
R365 Team Member Benefits & Compensation
- This position has a salary range of $85,000-$95,000 + commission. The above range represents the expected salary range for this position. The actual salary may vary based upon several factors, including, but not limited to, relevant skills/experience, time in the role, business line, and geographic location. Restaurant365 focuses on equitable pay for our team and aims for transparency with our pay practices.
