About the role: 

OLIVER is hiring an Account Executive to join our team in Toronto. As an Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in the running of our on-site creative studio. In our world, an Account Executive is a true hybrid with both client facing experience and solid project management skills.  We are looking for a dynamic account person who is eager to build their career in our award-winning growing global organization.  

The Account Executive supports the account team in building solid relationships with clients. They take jobs from brief to completion providing outstanding customer service along the way and are supervised by an Account Manager and Account Director.  

What you will be doing in your role:

  • Build estimates and timelines and assist the client in writing briefs for the in-house creative studio 
  • Brief creative teams and evaluate work 
  • Manage status reports and client status meetings 
  • Take client notes and share among team, setting follow up actions as needed 
  • Tracking time on projects through our time and entry system 
  • Collaborate with teams located in multiple time zones, to obtain multi-language assets 
  • Assist on other projects as needed 

What you need to be great in this role: 

  • 1-3 years of experience in an Account Coordinator, Assistant Account Executive or Junior Project Manager role 
  • 1-3 years of experience working at an advertising agency experience or in-house creative team 
  • 1-3 years of experience working on print and digital creative projects, a clear understanding of digital and social channels
  • A maturity and comfort talking to clients, previous experience presenting information to clients
  • 1-2 years of experience creating billing detail, tracking hours and project budgets
  • Fluency in English, knowledge of professional level or conversational French is a plus
