  • Maintains professional and positive relationships with all clients, by monthly phone calls and personal visits as needed
  • Seeking out new opportunities within established region
  • Handling customer concerns as well as identifying and resolving their concerns
  • Communicating new service and product opportunities, feedback, special developments, or information collected during field activity to proper company staff
  • Preparing schedules and action plans to identify particular targets and list the clients contact information
  • Presenting and selling company services and products to current and prospective clients
  • Follow up on referrals and new leads resulting after field activity
  • Developing and maintaining the existing product knowledge and sales materials
  • Establishing and maintaining new and established client relationships
  • Prepares and submits client proposal for pricing to executive director
  • Submits proposals and client service agreements to prospective clients
  • Prepares in-service presentations to new clients
  • Prepares full account set up in LIS, contact relation management systems and client supply management system based on proposal of services
  • Creates, reviews, and maintains all client test requisitions
  • Monitors competition by gathering current market place information on pricing, testing and marketing techniques
  • Recommends changes in services and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments
  • Resolves client complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports and making recommendation to management
  • Attend local, regional and national meetings as needed
  • Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
  • Coordinating shipping programs and managing delivery of company products and services
  • Coordinating with company staff to achieve the work required in closing up sales
  • Assisting in the execution of marketing plans of company as required
  • Performs duties in compliance with all applicable regulatory and accrediting agencies
  • Supports Eurofins DPT’s business philosophy, leadership values and ethics
  • In order to meet Eurofins DPT’s quality policy and objectives, all employees are expected to meet basic expectations of Eurofins DPT’s quality management system including, but not limited to good workmanship, adherence to standard operational procedures, training, good documentation practices, and accurate recordkeeping.

Basic Minimum Qualifications :

  • Bachelor of Science or Business Administration degree required
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in deceased/living donation and transplantation field preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience direct client support and sales.
  • Willingness to travel
  • Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship

Position is full-time, working Monday-Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm, overtime, as needed.  Candidates currently living within the Northeastern Region of the United States are encouraged to apply.
