Account Executive

Nolte is a venture-building and product development firm that partners with early-stage startups to help them scale through strategic investment, technology, and operational support. We collaborate with visionary founders who are serious about building high-growth companies.

We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to manage and nurture relationships within the startup and venture capital ecosystem. This person will engage with startup founders, venture capitalists, and key players in the startup ecosystem, ensuring that Nolte partners with the right companies.

This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Has deep experience in early-stage startups, venture capital, or strategic partnerships
  • Can confidently engage with and assess early-stage founders
  • Understands fundraising, investment dynamics, and startup growth challenges
  • Excels in relationship management and ecosystem engagement
  • Wants to work at the intersection of investment, partnerships, and business strategy

Responsibilities

  • Founder Engagement & Assessment: Identify and engage with early-stage founders to evaluate their potential as Nolte partners.
  • Ecosystem Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with venture capitalists, accelerators, and other key players in the startup space.
  • Strategic Partnership Development: Facilitate meaningful collaborations between Nolte and promising startups.
  • Industry Positioning: Work closely with internal teams to enhance Nolte’s presence and thought leadership in the startup ecosystem.
  • Sales & Business Development: Develop and execute a strategic sales process that ensures only high-quality leads progress through the funnel, including tracking sales KPIs such as revenue targets, conversion rates, and deal volume expectations.

Pipeline Management: Oversee and refine the sales pipeline, tracking key metrics and optimizing efficiency to drive successful outcomes.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in venture capital, startup leadership, or ecosystem partnerships.

  • Strong ability to relate to and communicate with startup founders and investors.
  • Proven track record in managing strategic relationships and partnerships.
  • Deep understanding of pre-seed and seed-stage funding dynamics.
  • Ability to work independently and strategically, with a focus on execution and results.
  • Proficiency in English communication.
