What We Need
We’re looking for an experienced Account Executive to help us launch and scale a new team, inside the Yieldmo sales org. The right candidate for this role loves to build! A hunter mentality, to build-up a new territory and book of business. A consistent, in-market presence to build meaningful relationships with their clients and prospects. A methodical approach with the thick skin and high energy to help us build and refine our processes as we bring new, innovative products to market. This role will be focused on driving new revenue through the AE’s network of independent agency and brand direct connections, along with new prospecting/outreach. The ideal candidate combines a mix of digital/programmatic industry knowledge, a strong network of established relationships and thrives in a start-up environment.

US Jobs: The base salary range for this role is: $100,000-$125,000 per year. The range listed is just one component of Yieldmo's total compensation package for employees. Individual compensation decisions are based on a number of factors, including experience, level, skillset, and balancing internal equity relative to peers at the company. We recognize that the person we hire may be less experienced (or more senior) than this job description as posted. In these situations, the updated salary range will be communicated with you as a candidate. For all other countries, we have competitive pay bands based on market standards.
