As an Account Executive, Mid-Market at Freshworks, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding our footprint within our Mid-Market segment. Your focus will be on delivering EX solutions, driving volume-based business growth, and managing moderate-sized deal cycles. You'll work in a consultative, adaptable, and strategic manner to engage small buying teams and close deals in medium-length sales cycles.
Key Responsibilities
Experience: 3–5 years of success in SaaS or mid-market sales, with a proven ability to drive results in a hybrid account management and AE role.
Skills: Strong discovery, negotiation, and virtual selling capabilities.

The annual base salary range for this position is $76,500 — $105,500 USD + Variable Compensation (where applicable)
Compensation is based on a variety of factors including but not limited to location, experience, job-related skills, and level. Bonus/equity may be available.
Please note this is a hybrid role that requires an in-office presence 3 days/week (Tuesday-Thursday).
