Media.Monks Milan is looking for an Account Executive to contribute to an amazing team of Client Direction Monks working for some of the best-in-class clients out there. If you’re keen to work as part of a global team of Monks to produce integrated creative work for world-class brands, this job represents the sweet spot. 


Let us give you an idea of your responsibilities 

  • Run several small to medium-sized parallel projects across print, video, social and digital.
  • Steer teams and projects with great care, organisation, and confidence.
  • Liaise with media agencies and external partners, aligning across all agencies to create fully integrated campaigns across all touchpoints. 
  • Manage the full day-to-day: brief creative, legal, production and language & culture teams. Ensuring the team is clear on specs, deadlines, scope, and any local client or market requirements. 
  • Source assets from the client’s DAM, log usage rights, and organise project files and documentation for creative and production teams. 
  • Build close-knit and trusted working relationships both internally and externally.

The talent we want to discover 

  • 1+ year of experience coordinating projects as Junior PM or Account Executive in advertising or agencies. 
  • Clear and strong communication skills in English and Italian. 
  • Proactive, genuine, and direct way of communicating across cross-cultural teams. 
  • A strong sense of urgency, you never leave problems unaddressed. 
  • Team player and self-starter with an unbreakable positive mindset. 
  • Critical and never afraid to ask the right questions.
  • Humble and open to feedback and proactive in seeking ways to develop when time allows. 
  • Ambitious, gritty, and resilient. Happy to hustle and enjoy a fast-paced environment.
