Hover is looking for a seasoned Account Executive to join our World Class Sales organization. You are someone who thrives in fast paced environments with a unique mix of intelligence, creativity, grit, and passion with a proven track record of overachieving your targets. You find success through hunting new business, forging relationships, understanding your clients needs, and working cross-functionally to find solutions that are mutually beneficial to all parties involved. You have experience utilizing consultative selling solutions and understand how to work with various stakeholders within a business to acquire new logos and close 6 figure deals.
The Large Accounts team has a “customer-first” mindset and manages resources and initiatives across the business to ensure our customers are set up to optimize use of the Hover platform resulting in measurable returns. You will be joining a diverse group of proven professionals with unique backgrounds and skill sets that collectively keep elevating the team as a whole both professionally and personally.
Hover has Hubs in San Francisco and New York City, where we expect that all employees living within a 50-mile radius of our offices will come into their local Hover office at least three times a week to build rapport and foster organic connection. We are open to hiring remote for this role.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $92,000-$131,000 with an OTE of $184,000-$262,000 annually. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all applicable US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
